Navigating the insane abundance of conflicting information on fasting and metabolic health can be daunting, and over the years, I've witnessed fasting inadvertently causing more harm than good due to its complexity. Regrettably, many remain unaware of these nuances. I am deeply passionate about empowering women with the knowledge to use fasting for their health's benefit, as it holds the potential for profound, life-changing transformations. 

It's unfortunate that so few understand how their metabolism functions, as this often results in daily habits that compromise metabolic health. This lack of understanding can contribute to various issues such as weight loss resistance, depleted hormones, and other health challenges.

It took me years to strike the delicate balance, but once achieved, the results are truly transformative! A flexible metabolism paves the way for effortless weight loss, more energy, happier hormones, and a body that is more resilient to stress!
