KATE’S INNER CIRCLE

Welcome! I’m so excited for you to be a part of my Inner Circle and the growing community we are building together! If you are new here, I have mapped out a few ways to get started so you can begin to take advantage of all your membership has to offer.

The Inner Circle is intended to give members ongoing guidance and support, complementing the teachings of NEW YOU. To be clear, you do NOT have to participate in NEW YOU to join the Inner Circle. For many, the Inner Circle provides a more affordable way to dip in their toes and begin their healing journey and gain access to my knowledge and guidance.

In general, the Inner Circle is designed to provide you with ongoing support and information to aid in your healing journey, all at a very affordable rate. You'll gain a wealth of knowledge and support. :)

HOW TO GET STARTED


WHERE TO START:

1. Make sure to check out your Member’s Area: this is where all your content is stored! Past newsletters, workshops, workouts, info about upcoming giveaways, guidebooks, additional resources, and the links to join the workshops.

2. Join the Inner Circle Facebook group: this is where you will be able to communicate with our wonderful community and ask questions!

3. We are now a few months into the Inner Circle and have covered how to rewire the subconscious mind and how to cultivate self-compassion, how to restore metabolic health. We just began the six part series to “Healing your Nervous System” in June. If you just joined, start with the first newsletters and workshops from June and then you can explore the other topics at your own convenience. You have access to all the material, no matter when you signed up. *Don’t stress about getting caught up, take it piece by piece*

MOVE & ALIGN WORKOUTS:

Move workouts: 30 minute full-body, functional strength training.

Align workouts: Corrective exercise therapy using specialized mobility and strength exercises to help re-align the body and improve movement patterns/restore posture.

  • I recommend strength training 2-4 times per week depending on your experience. You can always do a combination of Move and Align.

  • If you’re new to strength training, I recommend starting with the Intro series and working through them first. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, use the intermediate/advanced workouts.

  • Remember to always listen to your body and adjust as needed.

MONTHLY LIVE WORKSHOPS:

  • Workshops are the last Thursday of each month at 11AM PST.

  • You can find the link to join in your member’s area and I will also send an email reminder the week of the workshop.

  • If you cannot join live, don’t worry—it will be uploaded to your member’s area for you to watch and replay.

1. Go to Life With Kate Website: www.lifewithkate.com or go straight to login at https://www.lifewithkate.com/welcome

2. Select Member Area: From the homepage select, Member Area and then Inner Circle Homepage

3. Select Already a Member: Select “already a member” to login.

4. Enter your Email and Password: Be sure to use the same email that you used to register.

5. Your Member Site will pop up: Select Inner Circle Homepage to take you to your Member’s Area.

6. You are in! Scroll down to access all your Inner Circle content.
