Marketing Assistant

Position Overview:

I’m looking for a passionate, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to help me grow my brand and connect with more women seeking health, healing, and empowerment. Ideally, you’ve followed my journey and are familiar with my programs and offerings—or better yet, have been through them yourself! This role is a mix of administrative support, content creation, and community engagement, and I’m looking for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about our mission, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh and update sections of the Life with Kate website as approved by me.

• Oversee affiliate relationships and manage the promotional calendar.

• Coordinate and execute giveaways to engage our community.

• Handle customer support emails and ensure a positive client experience.

• Assist with creating and sending newsletters via Active Campaign.

• Support content creation efforts, including brainstorming, editing, and preparing materials.

• Monitor and respond to Facebook posts and comments to foster community engagement.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support our marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Programs:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Active Campaign for email and newsletter management.

• Experience with Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.

• Working knowledge of Kajabi for program management and online course platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for the Life with Kate mission and a genuine interest in holistic health and wellness.

• Experience with my programs or a strong familiarity with my offerings is highly preferred.

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE).

Work Schedule: Full or Part-time, ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate workload. Reporting to Director of Marketing.
