One of the most effective methods to boost metabolic rate is by increasing metabolic flexibility–and one of the most effective ways to do this is by using strategic macro cycling. By alternating between periods of higher carbohydrates and fats, as well as learning how to use macros to support circadian rhythm, we can prevent our metabolism from plateauing or becoming stagnant. Knowing precisely HOW and WHEN to manipulate macros is the key to optimizing metabolic flexibility.
