FREE MOVE Workout

If your goal is to achieve a healthy and lean body, a good strength training program is key. MOVE with Kate strength workouts are full-body workouts that will teach you exactly how to strengthen your body in a way that prevents injuries, addresses common muscle imbalances, increases strength, builds muscle, and burns fat.

For those of you who are new to strength training, consider starting with the beginner MOVE workouts, and as always, listen to your body! And for those who are more seasoned strength trainers, feel free to begin with intermediate/advanced workouts. Follow the cues and watch my demonstration carefully! And remember, if anything doesn't feel right in your body or if at any point your form becomes compromised, use your best judgment to stop or modify where needed. Safety is paramount 😊 ENJOY!
