FREE Self-Compassion Exercise

Nothing has improved my health, especially the health of my nervous system, more than practicing self-compassion. That's why I recently dedicated an entire workshop to this topic! In my Inner Circle, we explored how self-compassion is quite literally the prerequisite for all healing. During the workshop, I led participants through five transformative self-compassion exercises, teaching them exactly how to cultivate it. 

In one particular exercise, we focused on how to use self-compassion to dissolve feelings of shame. Shame is one of the most corrosive emotions we experience, but through the practice of self-compassion, we can learn to dissolve it and move past it... few things are more powerful!
